Marquis hot tubs are sold with an owner’s protection plan and comprehensive warranty that can provide you peace of mind, but it doesn’t mean that your bathtub wo not have difficulties from time to time. The first step in repairing an issue is to consult your owner’s manual; Marquis makes a variety of versions that may experience certain problems. But if your health club has basic problems such as failing to turn on or properly heat, some troubleshooting measures are the exact same for many Marquis hot tubs.
Powerless
If your spa won’t work, then start by analyzing the power cord to ensure that it isn’t damaged or jammed. Make certain to shut off the power to the spa and analyze to get current. first. Then assess the LCD window to the control panel to get a diagnostic code. If code “M022” appears, there is an problem with the performance program. Contact your service organization to arrange a service call. If “M021” appears, the settings have been reset and there might be a persistent memory mistake. Examine the bathtub’s “Heat Mode” to make sure it has not accidentally been set in “Rest Mode.” If the bathtub still doesn’t heat, then check the filter cartridge(s) to see if they are clogged with dirt and debris. The bathtub’s water must be at the correct level for it to heat; be certain it’s 2/3 up the Vortex skimmer opening(s) to make it properly heats.
Failing Jet Action
When your Marquis spa won’t bubble properly, there probably is an issue with the jets. Assess the shut-off valves at the bathtub’s equipment region to ensure they are totally open. Inspect the jets themselves and turn the jet face to permit maximum water flow. The jets also could fail to work if the air control valve is closed.
