Chris Schell is your number one source for real estate in the San Diego area. As a native San Diegan of 44 years, Chris has an intimate attachment to and an outstanding knowledge of the communities and people of the San Diego region.  

Growing up in the San Diego community of La Mesa, Chris has been a part of "San Diego Living" his entire life. For over twelve years as a Realtor, chris has placed his service to hundreds of homeowner's as his top priority.  

Chris has consistently ranked in the top 4% of all Prudential real estate agents nation-wide, Chris's reputation for uncompromised personalized service, the highest ethical standards, commitment to clients' goals, trend-setting marketing and aggressive negotiating skills are the hallmarks of his career in real estate. Chris has in the past worked for years as a personal trainer and as an athletic/sports medicine specialist. Chris has focused his career much the same as he had as a personal trainer and counselor, helping others to achieve their best results and ultimate goals. 

Chris currently lives in Marston Hills, a residential neighborhood close to Balboa Park in the central part of the city. He has focused much of his career in real estate on researching not only the San Diego Metropolitan area Real Estate, but also in learning the history and culture surrounding the communities and residences. Every year Chris assists in sponsoring neighborhood school fund raisers and community improvements.  

Chris is a member of the Greater San Diego Business Association and is involved in community business mixers. Chris is also a member of the San Diego Tennis Association, and is involved in several local athletic groups as both a participant and trainer.
